Looking for high-energy, structured gymnastics classes in London? At House of GPA, our Unlimited Acro & Gymnastics programme gives children the perfect balance of fun, discipline, and progression in a safe, supportive, and professionally coached environment. From first-time beginners to confident young gymnasts, every child is guided to build their skills at their own pace. Children develop exciting floor gymnastics and acro skills including cartwheels, rolls, handstands, bridges, walkovers, tumbling combinations, and partner acrobatics, alongside dedicated flexibility, balance, and strength conditioning. Our structured age-group classes ensure focused coaching and clear progression pathways for every level.

Acro and Gymnastics Training for Each Age at Each Stage in London

Ages 3–4 Years

A playful introduction to movement and gymnastics designed to build confidence and body awareness from an early age. Children focus on developing coordination, balance, and early movement patterns through fun and structured activities.

  • Basic coordination and balance

  • Forward rolls and beginner cartwheel progressions

Ages 5–7 Years

This stage builds strong foundations in core gymnastics and acro skills, helping children develop strength, control, and confidence in their movement.

  • Introductory tumbling skills

  • Acro foundations, strength, and flexibility training

Ages 8–11 Years

Gymnasts begin refining technique and developing more advanced skills with a focus on control, consistency, and confidence.

  • Flexibility and technical gymnastics development

Ages 12–16 Years

An advanced training group focused on performance quality, strength, and progression into more complex gymnastics and acro skills.
