Gymnastics - Beginners: 
From forward rolls to handstands, this is the ideal class to start your gymnastics journey!
Gymnastics Intermediate: 
This is the ideal class to hone your current gymnastics skills, whilst providing guidance on new skills, tricks and connections.
Masterclasses (Handstand or Tumbling):
Deep dive, one-hour workshops for every gymnast who wants to hone their floor skills in one of the following masterclasses covering handstands or tumbling.
Dance Classes: 
We offer ballet classes for adults!
Flexibility: Discover the freedom of movement in our adult flexibility class, where gentle stretches, guided exercises, and mindful techniques help release tension, improve posture, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and energised.
Studio Hire for Open Gym: 
Whether you're a beginner or advanced gymnast, this is the perfect opportunity to practice your skills whilst utilising our apparatus. No coach provided for this session.
