Benefits of SEN Gymnastics with House of GPA

The benefits of SEN Private Groups Gymnastics are manifold, including improved interaction abilities during gymnastics, conversation, and other social interactions. It aids in the development of meaningful friendships and relationships. Our interventions focus on overcoming these challenges, ensuring children can engage confidently in various activities and thrive.
Identifying children who may benefit from our gymnastics sessions involves recognising indicators such as delayed language skills, a lack of interest in social interaction, difficulty maintaining conversation topics or turns, and challenges in understanding non-literal language or non-verbal cues. Suitable candidates for our sessions may include children experiencing conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, high-functioning autism, learning disabilities, specific language impairments and social anxiety.

What to expect at our SEN Gymnastics classes

Prior to your child's scheduled class, you will complete a registration form that helps us better understand your child's learning needs. Our coaches will create a structured lesson plan designed to address your child's specific needs. We understand that some children may oppose to a structured lesson plan and would prefer guided instruction with more independence. Please advise and we will be more than willing to tailor the lesson accordingly. Our goal is to support your child in building confidence, mastering day-to-day tasks, and developing the skills necessary to navigate various aspects of life, including self-care, extra-curricular activities, leisure, and school activities.
